Timelapse of the work of the Cité in Chablis

Located in the heart of the village, a stone's throw from the vineyards, the Cité in Chablis is housed in a historic medieval building: the Petit Pontigny cellar, a place highly charged with history since it is one of the monastic cradles that shaped wine-producing Bourgogne.

The architect Claude Correia of the Correia Architectes & Associés studio, located in Saulieu, renovated this intimate 12th century building and added a contemporary extension of 800 m².
