Commercial projects for the Cité in Beaune, presented at a press conference

The Cité des vins & des Climats de Bourgogne in Beaune will be located within a park, which it will share with a series of private enterprises. The investors in these other projects recently held a press conference in the Couvent des Jacobins in Beaune, where they were presented to an audience eager to find out more.

Investors Michel Halimi and Christophe Lambert revealed the first visuals of their luxury hotel project that will include a 65-room establishment with restaurant and bar, along with spa and conference facilities.

Architect Pierre Barillot gave an overall presentation of how the site will look and feel. The landscape filled with trees will clearly resonate with the feel of the Cité des Vins building.

Pierre Nallet, CEO of AnaHome Immobilier, is investing in the development of a 2500m² performance space and cultural hub with 1,200 seats. AnaHome is also responsible for encouraging private enterprises to invest in the catering and wine-tourism services side of the project, with 1000m² for firms to offer lifestyle shopping, local produce, and wines. This area will be commercialized from March 2020 onwards.

All these facilities and services are scheduled to fit with the opening of the Cité des vins & des Climats de Bourgogne in March 2022.
