CREATING A RELAXING SPACE ADAPTED TO THE NEEDS OF ALL

Visitors, locals, and those passing through can drop into any of the three sites to enjoy the different spaces, their architectural beauty, and their spectacular views. They will also be able to freely explore different spaces for relaxation, sharing, and conviviality in each site.

More than just a space: An atmosphere: The uniqueness of each site will inspire visitors’ curiosity as soon as they arrive: Beaune and its 24-meter high architectural oeuvre in a beautiful, verdant, 10-hectare park; Chablis and the perfect alliance between its 12^th century historic monument and a contemporary extension and landscaped exterior garden space; and Mâcon with a modern circular extension just a stone’s throw from the Saône. Each of the three sites gives off a warm and unique atmosphere, simply inviting the visitor to stop and stay a while.

A bar for discovering food and wine combinations: One or more food and drink outlets will be available in each Cité. They will each set their own mood, and have their own views, outside space, and capacity, along with a food and wine menu with local specialties. Visitors will be able to sample different wines from a regularly updated selection, with bottles and wine by the glass for every budget.

A specialist boutique-cum-bookstore: In each Cité, a space will offer a wide selection of products, including postcards, cooking accessories, textiles, books, games, high-tech products, educational gift boxes, tasting sets, glasses and accessories for serving wine, and much more. Games, activity booklets, and books about the world of winemaking will also be on offer for younger visitors.
