Food and wine combinations: You will discover some harmonious and surprising discoveries. You will learn the secrets of these pairings, and the golden rules for optimizing the tasting experience. Sessions are varied and include Wine and Cheese, Wine and Chocolate, and Wine and Charcuterie.
Training: One of the Cité network’s key partners, the École des Vins de Bourgogne will be offering training programs on each site that are ideal for acquiring all the keys to understanding the vineyards of the Bourgogne winegrowing region and to then go on and appreciate all their diversity. A dedicated team with more than 40 years of experience is on hand to serve all visitors.
